Description of problem:

There is a horizontal scroll bar present when viewing the monitoring dashboard. The page should only have a vertical scroll bar.

Steps to Reproduce
    go to dev perspective
    click on the `monitoring` nav link

Actual results:
Horizontal scrollbar present

Expected results:
No horizontal scrollbar.
