Description of problem:
Run "man xsltproc".  The resulting man page is difficult to read, because it is very badly formatted, and raw nroff macros are visible; e.g., I see lots of ".PP" macros that were clearly not processed correctly.  As one reads down the argument list, indentation on the left grows and grows until you get nothing but a column of single words.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run "man xsltproc"

Actual results:
A badly mangled man page.

Expected results:
A readable man page.
