Was introduced in https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/6343 Moving to DevConsole team to evaluate if this is a real issue or by design. I'd assume that many/most projects don't have workloads that were created through the web console. We should make sure the UX is good in those cases. Even if this is working as intended, I think the text "unassigned" with no context is probably confusing.
