Please build an EPEL8 build for perl-File-Find-Rule-Age.

Upstream has not shown any attention to this package in 7 years and it continues to FTBFS randomly, so I am retiring it in rawhide and have no intention of supporting it in other releases.

Feel free to take up package maintenance and fix the test cases that cause the FTBFS if it is important to you.
