So this is a fake bug? Checked in latest 4.6.0-0.nightly-2020-09-22-073212, the oauthaccesstoken of the exception feature is not audited:
$ oc login -u <u> -p <p>
$ grep -lr oauthaccesstoken /var/log/oauth-apiserver /var/log/openshift-apiserver /var/log/kube-apiserver
The grep gets none.

Found there is a real one is bug 1878648, so this is a fake one.
