Description of problem:
With the future release of ansible 2.10, the grafana-group will no longer be usable by default according to the following KCS:

1.  Use the ceph-ansible playbooks

I'm wondering, are we running Ansible-lint (https://ansible-lint.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ ) and does it warn on this?
