This is good for 8.4, but someone has to grant zstream+ so the clone gets created to 8.3 to create the 8.3.0.z clone

Reproduced with qemu-kvm-4.2.0-37.module+el8.4.0+8837+c89bcfe6.x86_64 and verified with qemu-kvm-4.2.0-38.module+el8.4.0+9133+5346b06d.x86_64.
