Description of problem: (First of all, this ticket may be misfiled. I had previously filed tickets regarding the Red Hat Container Catalog against the "Red Hat Customer Portal" Product in Bugzilla, but that Product no longer allows new tickets to be filed so this was my next best guess.) The Red Hat Partner Connect API (https://connect.redhat.com/en/blog/getting-started-red-hat-partner-connect-api) is a good start, but several features are required for it to be truly useful for any kind of RHCC automation. For starters, while it is possible to Publish a tag, it is not possible to Add a tag in the first place (which is required in order to Publish it). It will also be necessary to Unpublish and Delete tags in order to move them around (eg., if we have the tag :6.6.0 pointing to an image uploaded originally as :6.6.0-1, and we then upload a :6.6.0-2 and wish to move :6.6.0 to point there, we need to Unpublish it from :6.6.0-1, Delete it, then Add it to :6.6.0-2 and Publish it there). Also, let me know if this is an appropriate place to file tickets about the overall API, because wow, it's pretty messed up in a number of ways.
