test: [sig-storage] CSI Volumes [Driver: csi-hostpath] [Testpattern: CSI Ephemeral-volume (default fs)] ephemeral should create read-only inline ephemeral volume is failing frequently in CI, see search results: https://search.ci.openshift.org/?maxAge=168h&context=1&type=bug%2Bjunit&name=&maxMatches=5&maxBytes=20971520&groupBy=job&search=%5C%5Bsig-storage%5C%5D+CSI+Volumes+%5C%5BDriver%3A+csi-hostpath%5C%5D+%5C%5BTestpattern%3A+CSI+Ephemeral-volume+%5C%28default+fs%5C%29%5C%5D+ephemeral+should+create+read-only+inline+ephemeral+volume This is perma-failing on ppc. See https://testgrid.k8s.io/redhat-openshift-ocp-release-4.6-informing#release-openshift-origin-installer-e2e-remote-libvirt-ppc64le-4.6&grid=old As of 9/16, this test was passing reliably. https://prow.ci.openshift.org/view/gcs/origin-ci-test/logs/release-openshift-origin-installer-e2e-remote-libvirt-ppc64le-4.6/1307952770808025088 is one recent example.

Moving to multi-arch team. openshift/origin was rebased to 1.19: https://github.com/openshift/origin/pull/25495. Since then, its tests use gcr.io/k8s-staging-csi/hostpathplugin:v1.4.0 instead of gcr.io/k8s-staging-csi/hostpathplugin:v1.4.0-rc2. Such image/tag is not available on quay.io/multiarch-k8s-e2. Please build & push ppc64le (and other) images for gcr.io/k8s-staging-csi/hostpathplugin:v1.4.0
Pushed v1.4.0.
