The must-gather archive doesn't contain data about the openshift-user-workload-monitoring namespace.

1. Collect a must-gather from a running cluster.

Nothing about pods, configmaps, statefulsets for the openshift-user-workload-monitoring namespace.

Information about pods, configmaps, statefulsets for the openshift-user-workload-monitoring namespace.

tested with 4.6.0-0.nightly-2020-09-24-015627,no matter user workload is enabled or not, must-gather can collect info for openshift-user-workload-monitoring, example:
