the latest xdg-utils packag for fedora 32 lack the fix (https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xdg/xdg-utils/-/commit/9816ebb3e6fd9f23e993b8b7fcbd56f92d9c9197) to this bug: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xdg/xdg-utils/-/issues/166

endless spin of the xdg-open script
