Description of problem:
misalignment of sub-title in quick start headers

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.6

How reproducible:
The sub title of the main and step headers are misaligned when the header text is wrapping to another line

Steps to Reproduce:
1.start the `deploying an application with a pipeline
2.go to the first step


Actual results:
Duration and step number come as new line element

Expected results:
Duration and step number should be in the same line as that of Header / subheader
