Cause: Named certificates are only updated during master certificate redeploy.
Consequence: Requires running master certificate redeploy to be run to update named certificates.
Fix: Added a playbook specifically for updating named certificates.
Result: Named certificates can be updated independently without additional risk during master certificate redeploy.
