Description of problem:
When Disk are partition disk are not detected when installing OCS

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.6.0-0.nightly-2020-09-27-075304

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy OCP 4.6 cluster
2. partiion some disk before installation
3. Now start OCS 4.6 install 

Actual results:
when installing OCS Created Localvolumeset but on that page no pv's/disk were shown under `Selected Capacity` which do not let user to proceed with OCS install

Expected results:
pv's/ disk should be shown under `Selected Capacity`
