Description of problem:
`oc adm must-gather -h` should show example for gathering audit logs

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) `oc adm must-gather -h` 

Actual results:
1) Does not show anything about how to gather the audit logs 

Expected results:
1) Show example for gathering audit logs

Verified bug with payload below and i see that oc adm must-gather -h has details about gathering audit logs.

[knarra@knarra openshift-client-linux-4.6.0-0.nightly-2020-10-01-070841]$ ./oc version

Server Version: 4.6.0-0.nightly-2020-10-01-041253

 # gather audit information
  oc adm must-gather -- /usr/bin/gather_audit_logs

Based on the above moving bug to verified state
