Provide some level of integration with Observatorium from the STF perspective. Still to be discussed is whether STF will provide an instance of Observatorium (perhaps using ACM-built components), or simply provide the hooks to forward messages into an Observatorium instance with ability to read out of Observatorium.

If a strong integration is warranted, then we'll need to re-run some level of testing to validate that we do not regress our ability to receive 50k msg/s. We will also need to validate that we do not overload an Observatorium instance with this level of metrics.

Grafana will need to be updated to pull metrics from Observatorium. ElasticSearch will need to remain for storage of events until Observatorium has ability to store events.

Logging will also need to be integrated to allow for centralized logging. Components such as Lokean will need to be productized and shipped downstream.
