Checked on ocp 4.6 cluster with payload 4.6.0-0.nightly-2020-09-29-170625.
Install serverless operator in cluster, and create instances for knative-serving and knative-evening, check the instance table, the status and label columns show well now without overlap.
The bug is fixed.
