Description of problem:

We've seen disastrous consequences of not having an undercloud database backup after mishaps or DR.


Proposed solution:
Automating the process with possibly versioning could save deployments.

Caveats:
- Size validations
- Cleanup unused resources
- Ignore telemetry and less important database
- ???
