Description of problem:
During the upgrade from 4.5.13 to 4.5.14, our blackbox probe failed over 1 min.
The upgrade is successful.

How reproducible:
It is the 2nd time it happened to buildl01 (an OCP cluster in CI infra).

Is it expected behaviour?

Is the probe a part of OpenShift? If not, how does it look like?

Apparently we never checked how the registry behaves during upgrades. Moving to Jira for further investigation: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/IR-152
