New file to replace explore-serverless-quickstart.ts
Set up ocp 4.7 cluster with payload 4.7.0-0.nightly-2020-10-14-214107. 1.Login into Console 2.Go to quickstarts 3.Select "Setting Up Serverless", it show 2 tasks: 1. Install the Openshift Serverless Operator 2. Create the Knative Serving and Knative Eventing APIs During the tour, there is prompt for creating knative_serving namespace if no exist. The bug is fixed. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
