Description of problem:
The package `python-ldap3` is no longer available in EPEL8[1], but it is being built[2].

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
EPEL8 repo on EL8

How reproducible:
Either view a listing of epel8 packages and search for it or attempt to install it in EL8 after enabling the EPEL8 repo.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add epel8 repo to EL8
2. dnf install python-ldap3

Actual results:
The `python-ldap3` package is deployed

Expected results:
The `python-ldap3` is not found
