Description of problem:
the MGR process hang when trying to access dashboard, the mgr process is hanging but keeps running, MGR leaves mgrmap, new MGR will became active, eventually starts hanging too, until the is no MGR left active - mgr: no daemons active (since 6m)
 seems to be able to trigger also with just command 'ceph dashboard  get-grafana-api-url', the command does not return anything
