Describe the issue: The section '1.2.4.2. Configuring time synchronization using Network Time Protocol', describes about the time configuration (synchronize the system clock) using Network Time Protocol (NTP). For a new reader/user it becomes bit difficult to start with as no prior explanation on the same is given. 

A link on 'Choosing Between NTP Daemons` is given under '1.2.4. Network Time Configuration` but doesn't cover deep about the above topic.

Trying a fresh installation of RHGS


Suggestions for improvement: Add link to 'https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_enterprise_linux/7/html-single/system_administrators_guide/index#ch-Configuring_NTP_Using_ntpd' under section 1.2.4.2 which will help the users to have a good look into the pre-req before proceeding  
for RHEL 7

for RHEL 8=> In Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8, ntp is no longer supported.
