Description Pranav Prakash 2020-10-08 05:11:49 UTC
Describe the issue: NTP is no longer supported for RHEL 8 and chrony is enabled by default. This has to be mentioned in the section
'1.2.4. Network Time Configuration' => '1.2.4.2. Configuring time synchronization using Network Time Protocol'

Currently its not mentioned and the user might consider these for RHEL 8 as well.

Suggestions for improvement:
Add a statement making clear that the particular section is applicable only for RHEL7 and in RHEL8 ntp is no longer supported and chrony is enabled by default.
