Describe the issue:

Boolean "rsync_full_access on" and "rsync_client on" are by default set to ON now as part of BZ fix - 1813917

Modify/Remove the section "10.3.6. Setting up relevant SELinux booleans to on state" to remove the commands to enable these boolean.


Instead do keep a NOTE mentioning:

On RHEL8,check if booleans "rsync_full_access on" and "rsync_client on" are set to ON.It is important to set the rsync_full_access and rsync_client booleans to on state to prevent file permission issues during rsync required by geo-replication.
