You are not following the package versioning guidelines: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/Versioning/#_prerelease_versions  

you will not be able to update to 1.11.1 final when it is out as 1.11.1 < 1.11.1rc1.

Thanks for let me know this. I will package 1.11.1rc1 as libfabric-1.11.1-0.1.fc3X .

They had been unpushed for test. So, 1.11.1rc1 will not be pushed into f32/f33 build. I had updated v1.11.1 for f32 and f33.
