Rebuild libX11 to pick up the symbols from the xorgproto changes in 8.3, removing the errors generated by xkbcomp (see #1780463).

tested on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.4 Beta (Ootpa)
Kernel 4.18.0-260.el8.ppc64le on an ppc64le

and Issue is not seen now.
