It turns out that this bz is actually just a display issue. Patch in progress upstream. :)
To elucidate, the particular output function used simply dumps the first monitor name in the quorum list. We just need to look up the right ID and name — the right state is globally available.
Not sure why it was moved to 4.2, but what is the status of this BZ?
