Oops, sorry, bug submitted w/o being actually filed.


Could you please branch and build awscli for EPEL8 ?
Current git master rebuilds properly, but there are missing dependencies on install:
  - nothing provides python3.6dist(botocore) = 1.18.15 needed by awscli-1.18.156-1.el8.noarch
  - nothing provides python3.6dist(s3transfer) >= 0.3.0 needed by awscli-1.18.156-1.el8.noarch

botocore and s3transfer are currently too old in EPEL:
- python-s3transfer-0.2.1-1.el8
- python3-botocore-1.13.21-1.el8

They either need to be rebuilt with a newer version or awscli version built with an earlier version to be able to fulfill the deps.
