1. Proposed title of this feature request

Need of hammer command to update the hostgroup of multiple hosts using bulk action.

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Cu wants to have an option to update the hostgroup of the multiple hosts using bulk action as we have on Satellite Web UI >> Hosts >> All Hosts >> Select hosts >> From selection action drop-down, select Change Group >> Select Hostgroup >> Submit. 

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

- Customer is automating the updating hosts to particular host group for patching {using cron job scheduling} without modifying the host's lifecycle and content view it should be added to the hostgroup. 

- With this they will be able to achieve zero touch automation using RBAC, if the user able to feed the list of hosts to be attached to the hostgroup it will automatically patch the servers}

- As we already have a hammer command to update the host(s), it does not support updating the host with a blank Hostgroup i.e no Life cycle environment and Content View.

Cu wants an hammer command to change the hostgroup of multiple hosts using bulk actions
