Hello, perl-PAR-Dist was part of rhel/centos7 base, but was removed from 8. Could you, please, build the package for EPEL8? Feel free to add me as co-maintainer. This package and its dependencies are built in https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/kubo/gdc/packages/.
