Description of problem:
Unable to edit my application after deleting the service.

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to Add => git import
2.enter git url [https://github.com/sclorg/django-ex.git]
3.uncheck creating a route
4.complete the form
5.select the node in topology and navigate to the associated Service in the Resources side panel tab
6.Delete the Service
7.Go back to topology and right click the node and select "Edit <name>"
8.Make a change in the form
9.Make sure creating a route is unchecked
10.Submit the form

Actual results:
Error that no service is found
Create a route option is checked even though there is no route

Expected results:
No error
Create a route should be unchecked.
