Description Neha Berry 2020-10-23 06:18:44 UTC
Describe the issue:
-------------------------
As discussed in email thread "Multiple pools/SCs on external mode clusters" (to selected individuals), it was decided that we won't be supporting multiple storageclasses for external mode clusters.

We need following note for the sections where multiple storageclasses would be documented in managing guide

"Please note that multiple pools are not supported for the external mode in this release"

Doc RFE for the feature

Bug 1880918 - [Doc RFE] Document how to modify my OCS environment for applications applications that already manage HA in the application level (PVs with two replicas) and save space availability

Document URL:
----------------------

Based on the sections where the contents of Bug 1880918 and Bug 1880927 would be added, we need to add this Note in those sections

Chapter/Section Number and Title:
---------------------------------
Not sure as it is a new OCS 4.6 feature and content creation is in progress.

Product Version:
-------------------

OCS 4.6
