Description of problem:
On Fedora 33 with GNOME 3.38, this extension fails to load.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install gnome-shell-extension-windowoverlay-icons
2. gnome-extensions enable windowoverlay-icons.cz


Actual results:
extension not enabled


Expected results:
extension to be enabled

Upstream has a new release (bug 1891344) that mentions GNOME 3.38 support.

Yup, WindowOverlay Icons 36 has built for Fedora 33+ / GNOME 3.38+, and is available for testing in Bodhi.
