Description of problem:
some extra texts are shown in Cluster Utilization charts which should be removed

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.7.0-0.nightly-2020-10-24-155529

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. cluster admin view 'Cluster Utilization' charts via Home -> Overview

Actual results:
1. In the right column of 'Cluster Utilization' charts, it shows extra text 'CPU', 'Memory' 'Filesystem' and 'Pod count'

Expected results:
1. There is no need to show these text again in the charts since we already show the category in the left, for comparison in 4.6 please see 46_Cluster Utilization

This should be added from PR https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/6878/files, not sure whether this should be changed

Fix is not contained in payload: 4.7.0-0.nightly-2020-10-27-051128, wait for new build.

The issue is fixed on 4.7.0-0.ci-2020-11-03-041130, now Cluster Utilization charts has no extra text and correct aira-label added
