This is essentially a clone of bug 1844965, see it for details.

I am opening it because some of the needed fixes are in ovirt-hosted-engine-setup, and not in the ansible code.

No need for separate reproduction/verification - just verify bug 1844965.
We only need current bug because we patches both packages.

In principle, having just one of the two packages should be harmless - the patches do not require each other.
But you need both to get all the fixes.

bug 1844965 is not on QA yet and it has no clear reproduction steps either.

Latest version available to QA is ovirt-hosted-engine-setup-2.4.7-3.el8ev.noarch. 
Can't proceed with the verification at this stage.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.4.3 release, published on November 10th 2020.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in oVirt 4.4.3 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
