Description of problem:

We are introducing a new Elasticsearch dashboard in OCP 4.6.0 but unfortunately an older version of dashboard made it into our code. We need to update the dashboard asap. Hence opening BZ against 4.7 now so that we can backport it 4.6.z fast.
