[Description of problem]

Issue is similar to specified in https://github.com/containers/libpod/issues/5503

Customer is using python images.

The patch has not been included yet.

Cannot find arch

[NOTES]
This is a clone from BZ#1846213 for asking to be backported to OCP 4.5 the fix since customer is not able to update to OCP 4.6 at this moment and they need this fix for OCP 4.5

I don't see us updating this version of Podman without going to the latest podman. podman 1.9.* or to podman 2.*

Yes this is fixed in the next release podman 1.9 and podman 2.*
