Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log snippests): A day after installing the cluster the alert fired even though there was no upgrade to the system and all the pods are running the same image. Version of all relevant components (if applicable): Deployment on Vsphere environment. OCP: 4.6.0-0.nightly-2020-10-28-101609 OCS: 4.6.0-147.ci rook-ceph-mon image: quay.io/rhceph-dev/rhceph@sha256:22ea8ee38cd8283f636c2eeb640eb4a1bb744efb18abee114517926f4a03bff9 there were 3 mon pods all running that image Does this issue impact your ability to continue to work with the product (please explain in detail what is the user impact)? no Is there any workaround available to the best of your knowledge? Install OCP + OCS over VMWARE 2. Wait for the alert to fire Actual results: cluster is in a warning state with the alert firing. Expected results: cluster should stay in ok state with no alert.
