update channels are still stable-4.6, fast-4.6 and candidate-4.6, which should be updated to: stable-4.7, fast-4.7 and candidate-4.7

Checked on ocp 4.7 cluster with payload 4.7.0-0.nightly-2020-11-08-225909, the channels are stable-4.7, fast-4.7 and candidate-4.7 now.
