This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:

The package ima-evm-utils is being rebased on rhel-8.4 and a lib SONAME bump will happen. The libimaevm API used by rpmsign (an rpm subpkg) won't change with the package rebase and, because of that, only a package rebuild solves the dependency change.
