There is currently no CRD, UI components or Monitoring for Namespace Buckets and Namespace Resources in OCP Console.

This is not a bug.
A bug is something that works not like expected, this is expected and was part of the version planning.
This will be fixed in 4.7

This bug scope is for documenting that the feature is available from the noobaa console. We should also say that the noobaa console is not there for any other tasks apart from this feature and troubleshooting

Correct. We will have the OCP management in OCS 4.7.
