Description Alasdair Kergon 2006-04-24 18:41:25 UTC
Several races have been reported connected with the allocation, referencing and
destruction of mapped devices which can lead to crashes.

This set of patches tightens up the code.

Comment 1 Jason Baron 2006-04-28 17:22:56 UTC
committed in stream U4 build 34.26. A test kernel with this patch is available
from http://people.redhat.com/~jbaron/rhel4/

Comment 4 Mike Gahagan 2006-07-13 20:48:37 UTC
Patch is in 40.1.EL, setting verified as there doesn't appear to be a test case
for this.
