Description Philipp Raich 2020-11-16 18:43:28 UTC
Description of problem:
SELinux is preventing rpmdb from 'read' accesses on the lnk_file /etc/resolv.conf.

***** Plugin catchall (100. confidence) suggests **************************

If you believe that rpmdb should be allowed read access on the resolv.conf lnk_file by default.
Then you should report this as a bug.
You can generate a local policy module to allow this access.
Do
allow this access for now by executing:
# ausearch -c 'rpmdb' --raw | audit2allow -M my-rpmdb
# semodule -X 300 -i my-rpmdb.pp

This seems to be a more generic problem. I've already submitted a Fedora PR to address the issue:
https://github.com/fedora-selinux/selinux-policy/pull/476
