Description of problem:
The upstream component is referenced in a deprecation warning when creating a puppet repository on the Satellite.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 6.8.0

How reproducible:
Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create repo under a product
2. Select type puppet
3.

Actual results:
"Deprecation Warning: Puppet and OStree will no longer be supported in Katello 4.0"

Expected results:
"Deprecation Warning: Puppet and OStree will no longer be supported in Satellite X.Y"
