Version:

$ openshift-install version
4.6.1

Platform:

Baremetal IPI

What happened?

While doing a user experience test, we noticed that installer takes a longer time to terminate, one scenario could be ironic failing to Power on nodes using `ipmi` or `redfish` , this will be usually visible from `podman logs ironic-conductor`(from the bootstrap VM) withing 5-6 mins of the container coming up, if nothing is listed there nodes will never come up hence cluster fails.

What did you expect to happen?

Proposing a possible RFE, where if ironic fails to Power on nodes, there should be an installer log stating this and terminate the deployment which might save some time.
