Recent 4.7 builds of the operator fail with:

Image build failed. Error in plugin pin_operator_digest: while constructing a mapping
  in "/tmp/tmpkp913df8/local-storage-operator-bundle/manifests/local-volume-discoveries.crd.yaml", line 19, column 7
found duplicate key "type" with value "object" (original value: "object")
  in "/tmp/tmpkp913df8/local-storage-operator-bundle/manifests/local-volume-discoveries.crd.yaml", line 201, column 7
