Description of Problem:
Multiple Pods access the same volume on the same node e2e test cases are missed from aws ebs csi driver e2e test job
For test case:
External Storage [Driver: ebs.csi.aws.com] [Testpattern: Dynamic PV (filesystem volmode)] multiVolume [Slow] should concurrently access the single volume from pods on the same node
AWS EBS CSI Driver should support this test, but in our ci job: https://testgrid.k8s.io/redhat-openshift-ocp-release-4.7-informing#release-openshift-ocp-installer-e2e-aws-csi-4.7, there is no this case.
Checked the TEST_CSI_DRIVER_FILES the e2e ci job used, looks the CapMultiPODs is not set.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Steps to Reproduce:
cases about multiple pods can be run in our e2e ci job.
