Description of problem:
If an image has no name, "Launch Instance" dialog displays empty field

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an image with unspecified name
2. Open "Launch Instance" dialog
3. Pick "Source" tab and choose "Image"

Actual results:
Image table shows empty field in the "Name" column for the image without a name

Expected results:
Image ID should be displayed if the image has no name

I can see the issue  is fixed in the recent installs, verified with python-django-horizon-19.2.1-0.20220512170808.c3e007c.el9ost.noarc installed.
