Description of problem:
When Creating OCS from ocs wizard Step Discover Disks shows Error "An error occurred Not Found" which does not allow the user to move to next step

1. Deploy OCP 4.7 
2. Deploy ocs 4.6 olm
3. Create OCS storagecluster 
4. Select  All nodes/ Select nodes from Discover Disks Step

Actual results:

An error occurred
Not Found

I re-tested with 4.7.0-0.nightly-2020-11-23-195308. I tried both clicking the "All nodes" option and "Select nodes" and then selecting the available nodes, in both cases I was able to proceed to the next step without hitting the "Not Found" error.
